Consent to Marketing Emails

1. Sender and scope
I voluntarily agree to receive advertising and informational emails from Valeria Sergeyevna Gruzdeva at the email address I provide through a separate subscription on https://web-gruzdeva.ru/ and https://blog.web-gruzdeva.ru/, including their Russian and English versions. Sender contact: abramovavs75@mail.ru.

2. Content and channel
Emails may contain information about the Controller’s web design, website development and support services, new blog articles, case studies, offers and promotions. This consent covers email only. It does not cover advertising calls, SMS or messenger messages.

3. Voluntary and separate choice
Consent is given separately from consent to handle an enquiry: I select an initially unchecked marketing consent box in the subscription form and submit it. A subscription is not a condition for receiving a response, a quote or services. Visiting the website or having a footer link to this document does not by itself give consent to advertising.

4. Subscription data
The email address I provide and my name, if supplied, are used to send emails. Processing for the subscription is limited to delivering emails, managing the subscription and recording consent and withdrawal. This consent does not permit sharing my email address for third parties’ independent advertising or public disclosure of my data.

5. Duration and unsubscribe
Consent applies from the time it is given until I unsubscribe. I may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email or by emailing abramovavs75@mail.ru with the subject “Unsubscribe”, identifying the subscribed address. Advertising emails to that address will stop immediately after the request is received. Minimal records of the opt-out may be retained solely to prevent further sending and comply with legal requirements.
