Consent to Personal Data Processing

I, a website user, freely and voluntarily consent to the processing by Valeria Sergeyevna Gruzdeva (the Controller) of personal data I provide through forms on https://web-gruzdeva.ru/ and https://blog.web-gruzdeva.ru/, including their Russian and English versions. 2. Purposes and data
Consent covers managing my subscription (only with separate consent to marketing emails), handling my enquiry, contacting me, discussing my project, preparing a proposal and agreeing terms for website design, development and support services. Only the information I enter in the relevant form is processed: my name (including surname and patronymic if provided), email address, phone number or messenger contact, enquiry content and project information. Passport details, special categories of personal data and biometric data should not be submitted through these forms.
3. Processing operations
I authorise collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction of this data, using automated and non-automated means. Access by processors acting on the Controller’s instructions is permitted only as necessary to operate the form and respond to the enquiry, subject to applicable law and confidentiality. This consent does not permit public disclosure, sale of my data or its use for third parties’ independent advertising.
4. Duration and withdrawal
Consent applies from the time it is given until the stated purposes have been achieved or I withdraw it, whichever occurs first. I may withdraw consent or request correction or deletion by emailing abramovavs75@mail.ru with the subject “Withdraw personal data consent”, identifying the contact used in the form. Processing will stop and data will be deleted within the periods required by law. Where an independent legal basis exists, the Controller may continue necessary processing only within that basis.
5. How consent is given
Consent is given by a separate affirmative action: selecting an initially unchecked consent box in the relevant form before submission. Merely visiting the website, reading this document or following a footer link does not give consent. Consent to handle an enquiry is not consent to advertising emails; marketing requires a separate voluntary choice.
